Bug Description
The damn dialog asks me to send a report about the problem (computer hung after resuming from standby -- it showed the password dialog for the locked screen but wouldn't allow me to move the mouse cursor or type anything), and then when I report it, it requires me to enter text here.
You should change the "report problem" dialog so it makes it clear that it's NOT an automatic report, but that you're required to use a Launchpad account AND enter manual text like this....
ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from resuming properly.

It seems like this is what happens: After resuming from standby/hibernate, the password dialog appears, but the keyboard doesn't work until after a few seconds -- this is the case every time. If I type on the keyboard, nothing happens until after it actually starts to respond (usually takes a few seconds).
Now, if I type a lot on the keyboard before it starts to respond to the keystrokes, that's when it can sometimes hang completely and even stop moving the mouse cursor. Happened again today.
