Bug Description
I receive phone messages by e-mail from my voip company in the adpcm wav file format. VLC handle these files well, but not Totem or Rhythmbox. I suspect this is a GStreamer bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file (08091343.wav: hanging phone) with either Totem or
Rhythmbox.
2. Both programs try to download an ADPCM codec, then fail to play the file.
