Bug Description
Binary package hint: whois
When scanning the import queue in Launchpad Rosetta for issues that need manual intervention, I found the following issues with the vim package, which prevents a smooth import into Launchpad Rosetta and causes the Ubuntu Translation Coordinators to manually adjust or remove .po files.
The no language code is obsolete and has been split into nb and nn. The no.po file in the whois package should actually be Bokmål, so the file should be renamed to nb.po in order to get imported into Rosetta automatically.

Milo,
Is this still a problem for whois since I dont know anything about how translations work.
