Export as CSV leads to Internal Server Error

Sarah reported that export as csv is broken. Go to PEOPLE and click the small icon to the right of the print icon, with the tooltip that says "Export as CSV".

You get an InternalServerError screen. Here's what the /var/log/httpd/error_log said:
