Karmic alpha(s) + MSI U100: hotkeys still missing

This is an ongoing bug previously reported for 9.04. The web camera hotkey Fn+F6 fails to accomplish anything unless the web camera is already turned on (in some correctly working OS). Additionally the wifi hotkey Fn + F11 fails to have any effect on the bluetooth led. Both of these are regressions from 8.10 where it seems as though all the hotkeys work properly. I am willing to carry out any and all experiments to fix this, but there seems to be little interest in these regressions.

We are in beta and webcam in msi wind still doesn 't work enabled from another OS or not. Too bad, I must leave Ubuntu after 4 years use.
