Black screen in kdm and ati driver

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati

When kdm login screen should appear I see only black screen and mouse cursor. The cursor changes from arrow to text when i hoover it on the place, where login name or pasword box should be drawn. Vesa works, although very slow, i'm currently testing radeonhd, which seems to work fine. I cannot test fglrx, because it doesn't show in jockey (bug report filled).
