PATH not updated after tovid installation

Bug Description
Binary package hint: tovid
I recognized, that several scripts comming with the tovid package can
only be found under /usr/share/tovid/, e.g. makexml, makedvd
The PATH variable is not updated, so it was a little hard to find there
executables. An automatic update of PATH would be great.

I think it would not be a good idea to populate the /usr/bin with tovid 'private' scripts.
