add twitter api proxy support

Bug Description

There are many Twitter API proxies online. Twitter API proxy is a special 'proxy', you can find introduction on twip@googlecode or birdnest@googlecode or tweetr@googlecode.

You can use http://yegle.net/twip/trunk/ to test this twip API proxy, just replace http://twitter.com with http://yegle.net/twip/trunk/ in your code.

cool, i also wish u could add the support for twitter api proxy

maybe u can directly use twitter ,but it was blocked here ,i only can use it through the twitter api proxy
it would be great to replace the https://twitter.com ,and add the function to customize the twitter api
