incorrect timestamps in video1394

Bug Description

Timestamps are wrong from the video1394 driver. This is fixed upstream in 2.6.16, but the fix is one line of code and I hope we could put it into Dapper's 2.6.15.

I'm new to git, but the upstream diff appears to be at http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-2.6.16.y.git;a=commitdiff;h=e4cda1654e5c0be4b68e29011e8dc04977286df9 (This is more that one line, but there's only a single line of code changed.)

I've applied this patch and re-built the kernel, and I can see my timestamps returning regular intervals between frames again.

Here's some more discussion indicating that it's an issue for others: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=10080509&forum_id=7492

Please let me know any more information is needed.
