KWidgetItemDelegate missing in /usr/include/KDE

Bug Description

The include headder under /usr/include is there "kwidgetitemdelegate.h" but the classname file under /usr/include/KDE is missing. So simply adding the atached file to the package would fix this bug.

Seems fixed with the latest KDE packages in Karmic:
jonathan@jonathan-desktop:~$ dpkg -S KWidgetItemDelegate
kdelibs5-dev: /usr/include/KDE/KWidgetItemDelegate

affects: kdelibs (Ubuntu) → kde4libs (Ubuntu)
