Cannot run as user foo using alt + F2

Bug Description

When using the "Run command..." facility (alt+F2), choosing to run the process as user foo fails. It pretends the password is wrong.

I suspect this bug is linked to some sudo hack in kubuntu.

Only works if username/password of currently logged user is entered.

Bug fixed in kdelibs, completing with the proper message by patching kdebase.
