Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape rev. 22040.
Changing Filters quality (in the preferences) to high doesn't fix it.

It would be easier to use only one report for all the texture filter bugs.
I mark the other reports duplicate of this one and change the title of this one.
Could you please update the description and list all the affected filters?

Here is the list of texture filters affected on Ubuntu 9.04, Inkscape rev. 22053:
.Bark
.Silk carpet
.Stone wall

All others work well.

It appears when zooming out, however it exports correctly.

Skipping (or removing) the Morphology primitive fixes the problem but alters the filter.

Potentially present in some other filters which uses Morphology.

I think that could perhaps be solved by some change or adjustment in the renderer.

Reproduced on Ubuntu 10.10, Inkscape 0.48.0-1ubuntu1.2.
Not reproduced with trunk revision 10444 (new Cairo renderer).
