Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

It would be good if you can move a big window over the top of the window. As it is now you can press Alt+Space and M to move a window, but the window is not allowed to pass the top of the screen. It would be good if the window is free to move, so also netbook users can use software with huge windows (screen size i.e. 1024x600).

You can use ALT + hold left click then move the mouse to move a "big window over the top of the window."

Not all dialogs accept this. Some do.

The login administration/login window does, fx.

make sure you are not trying this on the title bar of the dialog as it does not work there.You have to click on the middle section of the dialog or window

Some windows like Firefox will not work. When I ALT+Left Click and the pointer is in the middle of the main window, its width and height becomes smaller (~400x200).

Thunderbird: Account settings/server settings. The window can be moved outside the top of the screen, but the dialog window can't be resized.
