Bug Description
Addition of the playcount column does not cause the playcount to be displayed properly.
It looks like it is incorrectly looked up in the track dictionary. The attached patch resolves this.
It does not, however, cause the play count to be updated in the currently visible playlist when a track is finished and the next one starts. I'd appreciate a little pointer where to look for this function. Is there some function to update the playlist row upon track finish?

Updated patch sends a signal when the playcount and "last played" is updated such that the playlist is going to refresh.
