Please sync netsend 0.0~svnr250-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has included limits.h header in proto_udplite_{recv,trans}.c to
fix ftbfs which was the only ubuntu change. So package can be synced
again.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.0~svnr250-1ubuntu1:

netsend (0.0~svnr250-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Include <limits.h> in proto_udplite_{recv,trans}.c to fix FTBFS under glibc
    2.9. (Closes: #518844)
