Bug Description
Linux 2.6.28-14-generic #47-Ubuntu SMP Sat Jul 25 00:28:35 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
=======
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04
Codename: jaunty

=======
What i expected to happen: Open Add-Ons window, scroll addons list and check for updates :)
What happened instead: Add-Ons window constantly refreshes, it is nearly impossible to scroll through list if you have more than 5 addons installed - after refresh scrollbar returns to selected item in list, All lists - Extensions, Themes, etc. are affected by this bug - it is extremely annoying, however does not a security or performance issue . I tried to disable all addons and compiz, but it doesn't affect at all. Also in Fedora there are no such issue, so it is obviously Ubuntu bug. I don't know for sure but I think I noticed this bug in 8.10. I attached .ogv to clarify my issue. Hope it helps. Thanks...
