Xorg High CPU peaks/lock in idle

Bug Description
Since yesterday I'm experiencing very high CPU peaks in Xorg when idle. For me it's impossible to listen a mp3 with Totem for example or watching correctly a movie. When the peak occurs the music/video/
I know there is another bug related with high xorg cpu usage but i think this is different, this is not that xorg is using always high cpu, it's about the strange high peak/lock af the entire system, look my attachment.
The screenshot that i took shows what i'm trying to explain, rest assured that it was idling.
