Bug Description

Now that firefox (and probably other browsers) supports apt:// links, it would seem like a good idea to include apt://<package> links on packages.medibuntu.org. This would make it much easier to install a package while browsing the repository.

Hi,

Thanks for your bug report. I'm wondering if it's really useful though. I think that people browsing packages.medibuntu.org don't have our repository in their sources.list file, and only pick up some debs to install them. Therefore apt:// uris aren't useful to them. People enabling our repository probably use Synaptic or any other package management frontend on this purpose.
But maybe I'm wrong, and people prefer to use packages.medibuntu.org since it's on the web?

I agree with you to an extent, but it would be a nice touch (once it is done). It's just an idea.

That's not lot of work anyway. Added (if it doesn't show up, this is because a mirror hasn't synced yet).
