Restart dialogue after an update doesnt have a restart button

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

Currently the post-update Restart Prompt doesnt have a restart button. Rather it has an Ok button which just dismisses the dialogue.

This restart can be simplified/made easier by adding a Restart button + a Cancel button.

I'm having an extension that adds a restart button , Else there would be no-way of restarting.
User will only have to bookmark all pages , close and start FF again.
