Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

https://help.ubuntu.com/9.04/switching/dualboot-intro.html#dualboot-intro-advantages

On the document there, it states that dual-booting increases your computers start-up time, when infact it will decrease it.

--
Disadvantages of dual-booting

    *

As two operating systems are installed, they can take up a large amount of hard disk space.
    *

Upgrading to another version of Windows can cause the dual-boot configuration to break
    *

********** Start-up time is slightly increased****************
    *

More complicated than just running one operating system

Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better by reporting this bug.

It will increase boot time a little as there will be a menu that wasn't there before (if you were on Windows first). The switching guide is being replaced by a new installation guide for Karmic so this won't be addressed, although should the phrasing come up in the new guide it will be reviewed and QA'd prior to release.
