Bug Description

When a document that is listed under Recent Documents is deleted it remains in the list. Furthermore if you try to access the file an error message appears that says the file doesn't exist. When this happens the file should be removed from the Recent Document list.

To produce this error:
I created a file in open office
deleted the file
then tried to open the file using Recent Documents
