Avast at yon URL in In "Submitting patches" thar be a dead link. arr.

It says "playbook". i didn't want to mess with it myself because i didn't want to just delete it and i don't know where to find another copy.

Dougie - could you upload the playbook pdf as an attachment to the wiki page and we can link to it that way? I think it is more reliable.
