Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

If you send a notification, it does not appear in the list of accessible windows. This happens every time the session starts. Once that the session has started, killing notify-osd workaround the issue.
This is a regression from 0.9.15. Mago tests for notify-osd are broken right now for the same reason.

Weird enough... killing the notify osd process, got notify-osd again accessible.
I need to investigate it further.

This is happening only when the session starts. Killing notify-osd, will make it appear again in the list.
