Bug Description
Binary package hint: sagemath
sagemath doesn't display formulas properly and notebook evaluation fails with a "jsmath didn't initialize properly" error.
To fix this the jsmath packages need to be installed. The sagemath package should at least recommend this, since evaluation most notebooks will fail otherwise.

The sagemath package actually includes a copy of jsmath internally which it uses for this (see Debian bug #513837). So the problem is something else ...
