What exactly do you mean by missing gksu? Does the button also not operate properly for you? My bug specifies only that it is incorrectly labeled.

the unlock button doesn't work correctly and it's miss label
and system > admin > user and group popped up and messages saying I don't have access.

but after the one of the updates the only thing now that is wrong is the miss labeled button
