Bug Description

Version: 2.14.1-0ubuntu4
I am running the latest Dapper/development packages.

Problem:

I had an icon displayed on my desktop for a text file.
I wanted to capture a screenshot of a layout problem for icons.
I selected Applications -> Accessories -> Take Screenshot.
When I saved the screenshot into my Desktop directory, an icon was added to the desktop. It was placed right on top of my previously existing icon. I have taken another screenshot showing the result. This image will be attached.

This screenshot shows how a newly created icon was placed exactly on top of a previously existing icon.

Did you already have an identical filename used before? nautilus stores the information according to the filename and will place it where it was before. Does it happen with an another filename too?
