can't play with totem from lacie e-net mini

when I try playing movies from lacie e-net mini I can't get to the disk via totem.. either it won't find it or it says that I may not have authoritation to acces to it..

I can however acces it from firefox and start playing from there but theres no control over the movie exept sound. Trying anything else and whole system crashes and needs to be rebooted...

I'm using Ubuntu 9.0.4 and totem 2.26.1 with gstreamer 0.10.22 libraries and firefox3 with acer travelmate 7720
