whish - arch in ignore/hold options

Bug Description

It wolud be great to use arch as part of ignore/hold options in poldek.conf.
It would help to protect against unwanted changes in multilib systems.

what do you mean by "arch" can you give examples?

and you can disable each source automatic upgrades "update = no"
also youcan afaik use hold/ignore options per sources, not globally.

This patch - is more simple sollution and more standard use:

hold = *-smp-* foo-* *.i686 bar*.* home:gcc*
