Bug Description

Ive got to report a Bug, system Up to Date .

Hardware :

Toshiba U400 15G (Produced beginning 2009), 3 Usb 2.0 Slots

Error :

Usb ports are "powerless", in Jaunty ive charged my N95 via Nokia Usb Charging cable, but since a clean install of Karmic (Daily Build Yesterday), it cant charge . All Ports Are Usb 2.0, but if connected, the Phone calls "No charging" Pulling it into the Desktop Pc Usb 2.0 it works flawlessly (Jaunty).

It seems karmic puts my Usb slots into something like powesaving mode or sth, else, because the Phone only gives this error if the Amperes for loading are not reached...In jaunty it works, so it has sth. to do with karmic...

Some one any idea to put full power back on my USB ?
