CodeImportNewView confusing after form changes

CodeImportNewView is pretty confusing on devel -- the form is now entirely left-aligned, so it's unclear that the Git/Subversion/CVS text inputs are children of the option buttons.

This form is very ... unusual, I think it's fair to say (the view code uses BeautifulSoup to rearrange it!), I'm not all that suprised that generic form changes affected it in surprising ways.
