admin_edit_profile hides some of the fields

Bug Description

We use CSS to hide certain fields, so that staff can't edit their Position and give themselves a promotion.

That CSS scheme shouldn't be used, or should be blocked out, on admin_edit_profile. The screen should show all the fields.
