please sync twinkle 1.4.2-2 from Debian unstable

Ubuntu seems to be stuck at the 1.2-3build1 package. This was a build1 package, there is no real delta and thus no need to merge. This is a simple sync.

Next time please file the bug against the package and not against ubuntu.

Current version in Karmic is 1.4.2-2.
Jaunty has the version 1.2-3build1 but as we don't update packages
within a released Ubuntu version (except grave bugfixes) I don't see any chances for an update.
You might want to file Backport request if you can give a good reason.

Stefan, I don't know where you get that information from. http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/twinkle still lists 1:1.2-3build1 as the most recent version for karmic which is what I'm interested in, not a backport.

I don't think it makes any big difference what package a sync request bug is filed against, as long as sponsors are cc'd. resubscribing sponsors and Stefan.

Well, packages.ubuntu.com is pretty outdated but you are not right.
The current version in karmic is 1.4.2-2.

The problem there is that twinkle1.4.2-2 failed to build.
