Bug Description

Ubuntu reported this as a crash. I do not know when and what I did to cause this crash. I do know that I accepted the EULA.
I have the following:
Ubuntu 9.04 (jaunty jackalope)
Kernel Linux 2.26.28-14-generic
CNOME 2.26.1
