Bug Description
Binary package hint: tangerine
Tangerine's plugin for Banshee, in plugins/Banshee/ makes queries to the song database that appears to be a very old format (from around 0.13, I think).
I've updated the patch to use the new database structure, which is more robust and likely to stay for a long time. In the future, this should be rewritten using DBus, but this solution seems good enough for now.
I've patched this against the upstream svn repo, but I ran into the problem originally in Ubuntu 9.04.
The current behavior causes Tangerine to not share Banshee's database over the network; this is now fixed.

Also, my patch shares Smart Playlists, instead of the static playlists. I find this to be /far/ more useful (because Tangerine doesn't support sharing ratings), but if the committer disagrees, simply remove the four places where "Smart" is included and it'll work as-is.
