Bug Description

Binary package hint: libio-compress-perl

This package combines Compress-Zlib, IO-Compress-Zlib, IO-Compress-Bzip2, and IO-Compress-Base into a single package (upstream combined them). This is a simple perl module and it's predecessors were partly in Main and this needs to go in Main to replace them.

Does this need a full MIR?

I think it doesn't need a full MIR, perl modules are simple enough and this is by and large a source package regorganization.

Just noticed this brings in libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl as a build-dep to Main. I'm not sure if this changes anything about a MIR. It's very similar to libcompress-raw-zlib-perl we already have.

should be a trivial perl binding, too
