My sytem tried to upgrade the kernel to the latest version and it failed

Please take a look at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUpdateManager and attach the debug files requested there (apt.log, term.log, main.log). Thanks.

I found apt. log but could not find the other two files
