Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

While gnome-display-properties is running, the Applications menu is obscured an can not be used.
The monitor name thing should either be transparent (both visually and for mouse click) or movable.

Attached is a screenshot of problem.

This is same on ubuntu-10.10-desktop-i386.iso booted into live env.

On Elementary OS the monitor identifier covers the window close button. It can not be clicked to close the window.
