Bug Description
When the shoutcast plugin encounters an error in contacting the shoutcast server (which is something that happens about 50% of the time due to shoutcast being overloaded) the user should be noticed instead of silently ignoring this error.
When it silently ignores the error, the user simply believes that the plugin does not work.

Hi I try to connect to the shoutcast radio and Exaile doesn't connet to the server
it says me: error to connect to the server...
What can I do to fix it?
