nautilus double click not working

Some times, double click on folder/files have no affect. Enter to folder can only by opening context menu and select open.

This bug was in previous GNOME release (2.26), and still present in 2.27.4

Unfortunately, it not reproducible. Maybe, you hint me how to run nautilus in debug mode (I mean log enable), hope once I catch this bug.

I can confirm this bug in a fresh install of Karmic. It usually starts happening after I've been using Nautilus for a few hours. I had the same problem in Jaunty, so perhaps it's hardware related? Anyway, I'll have a poke around and see if I can consistently reproduce it.

It is occurring intermittently still. I can confirm this on my Lenovo ThinkPad X220 and a friend's desktop PC, both running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

It is reproducible, but since it occurs intermittently, it makes it difficult to see. Go into Nautilus and try double-clicking items. Adjusting the double-click timeout does not help.
