Please sync xserver-xorg-video-i128 1:1.3.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

the patch was backported from upstream, and is included in 1.3.2. It's the only Ubuntu change.
