Bug Description

Ubuntu 9.04 LiveCD - no more Estonian language in first (language selecing) window. After opening Language window form menu and installing Estonian language support, message in window tells - All changes take effect next time you log in. After logging out and in all menus are in English. The message must say - All changes take effect after rebooting your computer. Without rebooting changes take effect after pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 and inserting command sudo /etc/init.d/gdm restart.
