Apport shows wrong information about report sizes

Binary package hint: apport-gtk
In the dialog "Send problem report to developers" you can choose whether to send the complete report or a shortened version for slow Internet connections.
The problem is that according to the display the short report is actually far bigger than the complete one (see also attached screenshot):

Reduced report (slow internet connection; 389.1 KiB)
So I'm guessing it's showing the sizes inverted, or else there's something wrong with the report generation itself.
