please sync 0.11.2-1 from Debian unstable

The reason there is a Ubuntu delta is merely that Ubuntu got ahead of Debian in releasing pastebinit. The latest Debian unstable package in fact is based on the current karmic/jaunty package and clearly demonstrates this in the Changelog.
