Bug Description

network-manager 0.7.1-0ubuntu1

This seems new on Karmic for me; In the last ~3 resume from hibernates Network Manager hasn't been there
on resume twice. nm-applet shows a cross and clicking on the menu shows 'Network manager is not running'
(typed from memory). Doing an /etc/init.d/NetworkManager start gets it working.

I'm running simple wired Intel e100; I do see a segfault in dmesg:

[31210.803616] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth2: link is not ready
[31212.804185] e100: eth2 NIC Link is Up 100 Mbps Full Duplex
[31212.805122] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth2: link becomes ready
[31220.962308] <6>NetworkManager[3695]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f7d46c7c0d0 sp 00007fffdc310258 error 4 in libc-2.9.so[7f7d46bfc000+166000]

I don't think this is the same as #288922 whose title sounds similar, but it seems to be all wireless stuff
and back on Intrepid.

I'm not quite sure if its the same error:

I tried the Alpha-3 live CD of Karmic and NetworkManager didn't start
Doing "sudo /etc/init.d/NetworkManager start" didn't help!
