Please sync axis 1.4-6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has merged all the ubuntu changes in their latest version so the
package can be synced again

Changelog since current karmic version 1.4-5ubuntu1:

axis (1.4-6) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Matthias Klose ]
  * axis: Depend on default-jre-headless.
  * Build using java-gcj (axis is not 1.6 source compatible).
