Bug Description
nearly every ubuntu user has to do the following in switzerland:

because ipv6 is active, the internet is extremely slow for most users, because the routers that are sold by default for a new internet connection, dont support it very well. why is ipv6 active anyways? most people dont use it, and those that do should be able to find out themself how to use it
