empathy doesn't work with msn

sould be better with the version of telepathy from the ppa https://edge.launchpad.net/~telepathy/+archive/ppa ; could you please try with that and comment back? Thanks.

Hmm, Today I noted that I can not open window from the offline contacts,
everything is OK with the online contacts, this is not the case with gmail,
I can open both.

My MSN account disappeared, I couldn't import it again from Pidgin. I have created a new one and it works! I think it name has changed. It is now: "New MSN Haze account" in Accounts menu.

Pako > Chatting with offline contact isn't supported yet in telepathy-butterfly, see bug #382500

It works in karmic. I'm not sure does it still affects jaunty, but I think
you should close this bug

Closing as fixed since we have working support for offline chatting now and Pako doesn't seem to have any problems . Please reopen if you experience the same problem again.
