I also noticed the use of 'Pre-Depends'. This is typically highly discouraged and the justification for using it is not immediately apparent (see section 7.2 of the Ubuntu Policy manual: http://people.canonical.com/~cjwatson//ubuntu-policy/policy.html/ch-relationships.html).
