Karmic Koala mplayer-nogui with libavcodec-unstripped-52 does not play amr files

Hi,

I am running Karmic koala alpha 3:

and I have installed the mplayer-nogui package + libavcodec-unstripped-52:

This version of mplayer should be able to play amr files:

But in fact MPlayer will not play such files. I have tested with the following file:
