Bug Description
When using the "Link to a bug report" Popup widget to link a branch to a bug, the URL that appears for the bug points to http://
Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit a branch
2. Click "Link to a bug report"
3. Do as it says
4. Wait for the green flash. A link to the bug will appear
5. Visit the new bug's URL. It will point to launchpad.dev.
